Data export is a contractual commitment, not a courtesy. If you decide to go, your identity data and your audit evidence come with you, in a form somebody else can read.
No feature held hostage
Self-managed customers get the same capabilities as cloud customers. We do not withhold a capability to make the other option look better.
Standards at every edge
We commit to speaking the open standards your estate already speaks, so that replacing any part of us with somebody else stays a practical option rather than a theoretical one.
What we promise about uptime
Cloud availability targets are written into your agreement. Self-managed, uptime is yours — which is rather the point of choosing it.
What we ask of you
Use it lawfully, keep your own credentials safe, and tell us promptly if something looks wrong.
Changes
If we change something that matters, we tell you before it takes effect — not in a footer.
