Your identity data is yours
The people, accounts and access records inside your QueGuard environment belong to you. We do not mine them, sell them, or use them to train anything. On a self-managed deployment we never hold them at all.
What we collect about you
What you send us: what you type into a contact form, what you tell us on a call, and basic details of your relationship with us if you become a customer.
Where it lives
On our cloud, in the region you choose. Self-managed, in your own environment — including the audit record.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. The platform itself has the same rights workflows built in, for the people whose identities you govern.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the relationship, or as long as the law requires — whichever is shorter. Audit records inside your environment follow your retention rules, not ours.
