The work
Every identity vendor can demonstrate a campaign in a clean tenant. The job here is to finish one in an organisation with fifteen years of accumulated access, an HR feed that disagrees with the directory, and a manager who has approved everything without reading it since 2019.
It is the most honest role in the company, because you find out immediately whether the pitch was true.
What we look for
- You have run something painful in production for somebody who was watching.
- You can tell a customer their HR data is the actual problem, kindly.
- You would rather delay an expansion than sell a capability that will not land.
